Apple TV+ not launching

I can't launch Apple TV+ neither on my Mac Air nor on my iPhone 5S. The program runs but I can't enter my profile, can't watch any movies. The starting window looks like on the attached picture. I purchased the device a few weeks ago so I should be able to use Apple TV+ right now.

Apple TV+ not working I've just subscribed to Apple TV+ but every time I try watching something on my Macbook it does not work. Sometimes it only plays the subtitles (but no image or sound), other times the app simply closes after I click on a movie/episode. I can watch content on my Iphone so I can don't think there's a problem with my subscription. I had this problem yesterday so I updated to macOS Sequoia but it's still not working. Any help?

apple tv doesnt work anymore i have a windows laptop and when i want to watch a series on apple tv+ it plays the intro but when its done and the episode starts everything stops and the episode wont play anymore
