iPhone keeps asking for verification when I try to download any Apps

My phone keeps asking for verification every time I try to download any app, and then proceeds to try and deduct money from my bank. It used to be tiny like $1.49 but recently they tried to deduct $45.83. I do not know why it wants me to do this as I haven't applied for any subscription to my knowledge. Am I hacked or anything like that?

No, if you haven't jailbroken your iPhone, it's not possible.
