Iphone stuck at estimating the time to transfer data

Hi! My issue is, that I tried to do this on my new iPhone 14, but it got stuck at estimating the time, I turned off and back on both phones, now my new phone is ready to use, but nothing got transferred from my old iPhone even though I logged in my iCloud. Is there any way I can still transfer everything from my old iPhone to this new one?
