iPhone 14 Pro - crashing home internet

We have 2 iPhone 14 Pros in the house. About 6 months ago we started having home internet issues. Our service provider is horrible so just thought it was them. Over the past 3 months it has gotten out of hand. We literally have new everything: line from the road, line into the house, modem and I finally purchased a new Eero 6 pro router. Was running a very good but slightly old Orbi. Went back to the Orbi since we have determined our internet functionality did not change with a new router.

iPhone is now running the latest and greatest with 17. Needless to say we are still having issues.

Internet drops anywhere from 10 seconds up to 30 minutes. Not just WiFi but internet as a whole and every device on the network will lose connection. This happens at any point throughout the day and night but gets bad when both phones are home and used at the same time. As for troubleshooting it has all been done up to and including a complete reset of both devices and new everything when it comes to internet.

Will this ever be fixed?

There are a few things that you can try to mitigate the issue:

  • Restart your iPhone and router regularly. This can help to clear any temporary glitches that may be causing the problem.
  • Try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network. If you have access to another Wi-Fi network, try connecting to it to see if the problem persists. If it does not, then the problem is likely with your home Wi-Fi network.
  • Update your router's firmware. Make sure that your router is running the latest firmware. You can usually check for firmware updates on the manufacturer's website.
  • Change your Wi-Fi channel. Try changing the Wi-Fi channel that your router is using. You can do this in your router's settings.
  • Use an Ethernet connection. If possible, try connecting your iPhone to your router using an Ethernet cable. This will provide a more stable connection.

Everything to do with home internet is brand new….everything!

My current router is up to date. The new router that I purchased was up to date, returned because that was a waist of money.

As I stated in my post. EVERYTHING internet crashes. Wi-Fi and hardwired.

I do not need a how to fix this on my side. The only thing I can do to fix an Apple problem is to go back to Android.

I need Apple to step up and fix this on their side. This is not the first post about this issue.
