Powerbeats Pro has no audio output on one side

All other functions work except audio. It is charging, it is connecting, I tried unpairing, I tried connecting to a different device, I tried hard reset. Is it broken? Time to replace?

Powerbeats Pro sound in left ear intermittently does not work. Will connect and is recognized when in use, just not sound. It was happening every so often, but now more than previously. Other than sound, you can increase and decrease volume, stop and play music from the button, and when you take it off it turns off like normal. There is just no sound coming from it. If I place it back into the charging case it charges fine, and if I take it out sometimes it seems to work without any issue.

Right earbud of Powerbeats Pro is not playing audio My Powerbeats pro is only playing audio out of the left ear bud, but it says both are connected. The right ear bud, despite not making noise, has all functions in the buttons. A hard reset of the headphones did not work. Suggestions?
