grey dot on the screen , in between the screen and the the glass , just 2 months of purchase , no external damage but yet the service centre told me that its is not going to be replaced free of cost !

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 14.0

Sorry, but we are just fellow Apple product users here. As such posting a "complaint" is not something we can assist you with.


If you went to an Apple Approved Service Provider, and they determined that this is not a manufacturing defect, may be the reason why they will not replace it for free. You, of course, can try elevating this up the Apple management chain to see if this can be resolved. Good luck!
