sounds drastic, but Apple retains your UserID & Password if you try that.

Terminology can be confusing to many Streaming Customers who first used 'Dial-Up, DSL, & CableTV'.

Here's one AppleTV Tech Concept which may help:

• Your AppleTV is the Connected Streaming Unit which Hosts Users Streaming apps; that Streaming Unit, like a Computer, is managed by it's Operating System.
• 'AppleTV plus', unlike Streaming apps, is part of your AppleTV Operating System. So 'AppleTV plus' cannot be managed like a app. For instance, AppleTV plus cannot be Removed, OffLoaded, or Managed like your Streaming Apps.
• But You can manage the 'AppleTV Streaming Unit Settings' which 'may' contribute to BandWidth buffering. Turn Off the AppleTV Settings which you don't use.
• Look for 'AppleTV Buffering' Posts here on this Apple User discussion forum which may offer insights for your 'buffering' problem.
