Contact the seller ask them questions I asked you about the RAM. RAM is a common hardware cause of KPs.
When you got the computer was it set up per the directions in What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your Mac. If you don't know then that is another question to ask the seller!!!!!j
If you cannot reach the seller then my recommendation is to take the computer to your local Apple Authorized Service Provider to have it professionally diagnosed. Apple Authorized Service Provider Locator (AASP) & Genius Appointment. Trying to diagnose a KP issue on a forum is difficult in the best of circumstances. With a used computer, it's darn near impossible. DO NOT take it to your local general computer store, only use an Apple Authorized Service Provider!!!!

Sleep is unnecessary and should be disabled. Shut for long absences/idle overnights (i.e. do not manual-sleep), and for regular operation, use the settings exactly as shown here Wake up a remote Mac mini - Apple Community, should fix.

Thanks man! I’ve just wiped the hard drive and reinstalled the system. I do have the original RAM sticks to test if it’s indeed a RAM issue. I will for sure reach out to the seller and hope I can hear something back.
That's really good that you have the original RAM. Remove all the RAM that is currently installed and then re-install the original RAM and restart the computer normally and test it for a few days. If the KP's disappear then you know the KPs were caused by the RAM that was installed. Most experienced users on these forums only recommend Crucial.com or Macsales.com RAM, anything else is iffy at best. iMacs are very very sensitive to RAM issues and don't do well with inferior quality RAM.
Mac OS is not like MS Windows that needs a re-install periodically. Mac OS in vast majority of cases simply doesn't need it, usually issues are due to something a user has installed or some type of user error.
Thanks, rkaufmann. I've attached the report.
Please post an EtreCheck report of the computer. That would provide more info than a KP report.
Did you upgrade the RAM yourself and if you did exactly what brand did you purchase and exactly where was it purchased from?
I think I fixed it after reinstalling the system.
My best guess is that migrating data from an Apple silicon machine to an Intel machine causes software issues.
