Deciding with UPS to Get:

APC makes plenty of UPSes. This gives me just enough time to safely power it down: APC Back-UPS 450VA, 120V, 6 NEMA outlets (2 surge). If a device is stalled, then powering it off in just a couple of minute many no be the best rout to take.

Seeing what is Recommended:

Change the Wattage (located under Specifications), and you'll get the recommendation directly from the manufacturer.

I have used APC and CyberPower UPSs with my Macs over the years. Both sites have tools to calculate the power needs that you have and the amount of runtime that you desire that will give you the idea of what rating UPS you may need.

One thing you may want to look for is a model that has a USB interface so you can easily test the system, determine its health and to also allow macOS controls as to what to do if power goes below a certain amount.
