AirPods 2, Not showing on FindMy
I just purchased my AirPods Pro 2 and I have issues connecting to my FindMy app. I did try many ways like resetting, disconnecting, forgetting, playing on iTunes etc.
When I reset and start again to connect to my Bluetooth, there’s two options always showing:
- Updates software, if I click it says my iOS is up to date.
- Set up with limited features, then I can connect to bluetooth. But when trying to connect to FindMy, when about to finish it turned error saying Can’t connect and should contact the manufacturer.
I already went to apple store and they have replaced my AirPods with new one and the staff couldn’t connect to his iPhone Pro 14 with latest iOS but for iPhone 15 it can connect to FindMy.
I also called Apple support several times which is also useless and they were not able to fix the problem. They have no solutions either if software of my current phone is the issue or the AirPods. What they just wanted is to BUY A NEW IPHONE, which is ridiculous because my phone still working well and I don’t need a new phone. Is there any support apple offer why older iPhone users are being left behind and forced to buy new phone by simply not providing enough updates to latest technology they have today?
Below are information about the iPhone and airpods:
iPhone 7+
iOS Version: 15.8
Airpods Pro 2
Model Number: A3048
Version: 6A305
I appreciate with all your support!
