Apple Watch + Health app duplicate categories

Hey there,

I got a new Apple Watch last year. I’ve 100% removed it as a data source and I just went through and removed any apps as sources.

My health app still shows duplicate categories and duplicate entries (not exactly a dupe, more so it shows one from 2-3 weeks ago and then the one from today).

any idea how to fix this?! It’s super annoying. I’ve tried to unstar the categories I know will show old data, but they never save and reselect.
