Multiple Profiles in Health App Medications Tracking?

I have a few medications that I take and I will be using Health App to track my medications. My wife has a large amount of medications and does not have a newer phone that can track her meds (she is running iOS 15).

Is there a way that I can track her medications separate from my own in myHealth App? This type of feature would also be great to track the medications of a child.

devices as source in health app I have an iphone 12 mini and a 13, used with the same apple-id. In the health app I want to consolidate the info from the two iphones, and a apple watch which is linked to the iphone 12 mini. However, the iphones do not appear in as Device in the source list of the health app. I found how I can change the order of devices, but not how to add a device to the list of sources... help would be appreciated ! thanks in advance.
