SAFARI WEBSITE ANIMATIONS NOT WORKING ON MAC

Hello. On my mac, website animations are not working. This glitches some websites for me such as apple.com. Is there any way I could fix this? Anything is helpful thank you!

I tried safari, chrome, firefox. same result on every browser. another example is thedropstore.com website. when cursor move left to right or right to left all the product floats but not on my device. Safari desktop shows a blue frame Hi, since 2 or 3 weeks I have issues with my desktop arrangement of apps. Whenever I move an app, e.g.: Safari desktop shows a blue frame and hinders me to move wherever I want the app to be moved. Unfortunately I cannot make a screenshot as whenever I push the keyboard shortcuts the frame disappears. I am running latest and greatest Mac OS of course ;-) Any help would be appreciated! YouTube videos stuttering in full-screen on Safari for Mac I had an issue where YouTube videos would stutter in full-screen, however if I moved the mouse cursor or kept the playback controls showing, videos would play fine. Hopefully I can help the Apple community by sharing that the way I resolved it was by turning off Ambient Mode in the YouTube video settings.
