websites animation not working -

Hi, I am using macbook pro 2016, macOS Monterey. today I noticed, websites animation not working. like apple.com has lots of scroll animation. its not working on my device. I tried safari, chrome, firefox. same result on every browser. another example is thedropstore.com website. when cursor move left to right or right to left all the product floats but not on my device. But I checked it on another device whice is much older (macbook pro 2011 version).


searched on google but found nothing. please help.

If website animations don't work even in Safe Mode reinstalling macOS may be justified: How to reinstall macOS - Apple Support.


Before doing that exhaust all the other suggestions in If Safari doesn't open a page or work as expected on your Mac - Apple Support.

This seems to suggest there is a System Wide Issue


Does anything in the below look familiar and used on this Specific Computer ?
