Macbook Pro Touch Bar is black
2017 13" Macbook Pro with Touch Bar and 4 thunderbolt ports running Ventura. The touch bar is completely black but works. Safe mode and other tactics not working. Any solutions?

For the Intel Mac the only software solution would be doing both :
resetting the SMC Reset the SMC of your Mac - Apple Support see the details.
resetting NVRAM/PRAM Reset NVRAM on your Mac - Apple Support
Typically touchbar issues like yours are hardware related, in that case take it in—
In or out of warranty you can get a free over the counter 'Apple Service Diagnostics' test /assessment
Make an appointment for a "hardware issue"
