iPhone 15 beeps while charging

This is very helpful. Going through people’s responses and making us feel dumb while’s this is a genuine concern.

I am using all the right tools and same source when I was using previous versions. I am using 15 pro now and it’s my first time seeing this

Update: I was using a 20W non Apple charging block so maybe that’s the issue, however I’m having a hard time believing that. I have noticed that when it’s flashing “charging”, it stops once it reaches a specific charge, but I haven’t quite been able to nail down what percentage that is. I believe it’s near 75%.

I currently have my phone plugged into a non Apple charging base, that is 2.4A. I’m not using the cord that came with the phone (so far that cord sucks). Attached to the USB-c cord is an apple “USB-C to lightning” adapter. I have had zero issues with it. When I have a MagSafe charger plugged into my non Apple car base, I have no issues.

I’m curious, for the people having the flashing charging issue, are we all using the cord that came in the box?

My brand new iPhone 15 ABSOLUTELY is beeping everytime the charge percentage goes up a percentage point. I’m on the USB cord that came with it so it is NOT an ‘unapproved charge cord’ issue. This is BS. For what we pay for these phones, we should not have to put them on silent to charge at night.

That’s great for you Lawrence Finch. You’re not having the issue then. But LOTS of others are! We’re not fabricating the issue or making it up?!$ Don’t gaslight us and say we’re not experiencing what we are just because you aren’t…

I have been experimenting with a few different things since getting my expensive pos faulty phone (I sure hope there’s a way Apple can fix this or they’ll give us good phones- I’ve had multiple issues since getting it around 3 weeks ago).

You can use more than a 20 watt charger if it is a high quality charger, such as from Apple, Anker, Griffin, etc. Never use a cheap unbranded charger, as it can damage your phone, and even injure you.

Same here - it is fine on a ‘normal’ charger but on the fast charger every 1% it beeps - I usually charge my phone whilst asleep so this is driving me NUTS! I see loads of people with the same issue but has anyone resolved it - Apple Help !!!

Mine is doing the same it’s waking me up last night driving us mad my work I phone is doing same Apple need to sort this how can two phones that never did it before sudddnly start ? It’s got to be Apple

that's not the case. I just got this phone and have the apple cable charging it and it's beeping constantly. it doesn't do it on my Audi console charger.

If you observe closely you will find that the beeps always occur when the charge level increases by one percentage point. It is not related to the charge being interrupted.

I’m using the apple charger block I bought at CSpire when I bought the phone. I plugged the block into a wall socket.

Of course, that means you are not experiencing the issue we are discussing.
