The iPhone 15 included cable is usually a USB-C to USB-C charging cable, with USB 2 data speeds.

If the USB-C sockets are clear of debris, next step is to check the outlet and the charger (or whatever else is on the other end of the cable), and maybe then test with a different charger and cable.
