Apple Files "Error Saving Video" problem

Have any Apple Devs looked into this yet? It's gone on for a while and at this point it's both frustrating and embarrassing. Videos are such an important part of our work and this error continues to happen almost every day for us.

How to repeat:

• Download video from Google Drive
• Save to Files (on apple device)
• Open Files
• Click Video (plays just fine)
• Click "Save Video"
• 50% of the time this error pops up: "Error Saving Video"

How can we fix this? The only solution we have come across right now is to reupload the video and repeat the steps over and over until it finally works, which has to be the silliest thing ever.

A few other key things to note:

• Phone software is up to date
• Battery life is at 93% during this specific test
• I am not using a VPN
• I have tried on WiFi and with LTE
