You cannot find out who redeemed a card.

While I know you won’t be back to read this I’ll still report that you cannot know who redeemed it and where it was used. That information is simply not available. You were scammed and you are out the money.
No, you cannot tell who redeemed it or where they redeemed it or what device they were using.
None of that information is available. The only thing you can do is if you actually have a card and you try redeeming it - then it will redeem the entire balance to your account or it will say it has already been redeemed (but not by whom or where or when)

Read the posts here and you will have your question answered. If you purchased the Gift Card from a retailer where they are available to the public to tamper with them, Don't do that! Only buy gift cards where they are secured behind a counter. Every year around Christmas time, you see many news reports warning of the common Gift Card scam that occurs in these stores, but is also a problem all year long.
Apple does not share that information except to proper authorities.
