You will not be able to find out who redeemed it. You can still contact Apple though and report the scam along with filing a report with the FTC. If you purchased the card from a retailer that displays them on a rack where anyone can tamper with them, don't do that. The retailer could secure the cards if they wanted to, but some don't seem to care if their customers get scammed in their stores.
