This article (Find movies with 4K, HDR, Dolby Vision, or Dolby Atmos in the Apple TV app - Apple Support) seems to be talking about Dolby Vision. Does it support HDR10+ (plus)? I know Apple TV 4k 3rd gen supports it, but I can't tell about the streaming service.

HDR10+ will then be supported for select content. There is no on-device conversion; in order to present HDR10+, it must be streamed as HDR10+ by the content provider.
