Apple TV 4K (any model) supports (at least) HDCP 2.2. For Apple TV models released in 2021, HDCP 2.3 (backwards compatible with HDCP 2.2) is expected for HDMI 2.1 ports, although I haven’t seen it in writing for this model. I’m pretty sure HDMI 2.1 with HDCP implies HDCP version 2.3. The difference between v2.2 and v2.3 won’t matter for the prevalent types of current content (4K and lower); a distinction may apply for (future) 8K video, which this model Apple TV hardware isn’t likely to handle anyway, regardless of future software updates.
