Cursor uncontrollable
I have tried rebooting cleaning trackpad and trying to follow help articles. Since I can’t control cursor I can’t follow many instructions

Try booting into Safe Mode to see if that makes any difference. If Safe Mode works, then it may be due to some third party software that is installed.
If you have an Intel Mac, then try an SMC Reset and a PRAM Reset (hold the PRAM Reset for at least 2 chimes).
Otherwise, it is most likely a hardware issue and the laptop will need to be repaired. It may be due to a bad Trackpad, or a swelling battery which is pressing on the underside of the Trackpad.

I was able to run malware scan. Came back fine
