I have a Macbook Air M1, updated with Mac Sonoma and I have to users for it, one for personal and one for work.
On the personal one I'm logged in with my Apple ID, but when I try to to da same on the work one, nothing happens. I add the user, the pass, there is no prompt for incorect pass or user, but nothing happens.
How can I fix this issue?

An AppleID is user-data specific. You can use the same AppleID for more than one user, but you'll always get the original AppleID's data.
If you want each user to access user specific data, each user must have its own AppleID and corresponding dataset.
I'm ok using the same Apple ID data, I actually want the same Apple ID for both users. I have one for regular stuff and one user for work related stuff. The problem is that when I connect on the work user, with my apple id, nothing happens
