Unable to sign out Apple ID, also cannot turn off find my Mac, my clock isn’t correct

The time on my MacBook Pro is wrong. I went into settings > general > Date and Time, clicked it off and back on to automatic. Location was wrong, so I manually corrected it. Restarted. Time is still wrong. I have what appears to be an update for Update Apple ID settings, which reads “ some account services require you to sign in again“, but when I click continue nothing happens. I tried to sign out of my Apple ID, which I am also unable to do as I get an error message that reads “ Find My Mac couldn’t be disabled. Please try again later.” I went in to iCloud.com to remove the device from find my, also not allowing me to do so. I’ve tried rebooting in safe mode, but am having all the same issues. I’m connected to internet that works. I’m not sure why this is happening all of a sudden.

Unless/until you get the TIME fixed within five minutes, you can't do anything that requires an httpS: encrypted connection.

I suggest you First set the time manually, THEN enable a time server to keep it close to correct.
