After I downloaded software for the scanner, I received a message that the software needs to be updated to 64-bit for my Mac Pro computer (2019) that is running on Sonoma 14.1.1 I am supposed to contact the developer of this software, but I have no idea what the name of the developer or the website is. Can anyone give me some help?

+1 I use nothing but Image Capture for scanning from our Epson.
The "Image Capture" App can be found in your Applications Folder.

If you are asking about the Epson ScanSmart software, they may not have a compatible version for it but you can use ImageCapture with the above driver.
