will t-mobile accept an iphone 14 pro max with the back glass cracked a bit and the speakers dont work

I want to trade-in my iphone 14 pro max but the back glass is broken and the speakers don't output audio unless you are using headphones. I just want to know if apple or any internet provider would accept it for any amount of money. also when i say that the back glass is broken, I do not mean completely broken it is a medium sized crack that is on the lower half of the back
