Is it possible to just have a new eSim issued and delete the old one that has the PUK lock? And if so where would i get the new eSim?
You will want to acquire an eSIM from your carrier.
Your carrier handles SIM PUK or SIM PIN issues, and handles issues involving your cellular plan.
If the iPhone is carrier-locked, then the eSIM or SIM used will have to be from the carrier holding the lock, or you will have to convince the carrier holding the carrier lock to release it.
