Unknown Apple ID & unable to reset password. How do I change to my correct Apple ID? old account is on new phone. Cannot signout b/c not signed in. Any options?

New iPhone 15 running iOS 17. We have tried every password & endless reset options. Old Apple ID is useless. Cannot find a way to remove old ID & add our new ID

Unknown Apple ID and password I own an older iPad where the Apple ID I used (email address has been long canceled) and I can no longer log into the iPad. Tried to factory reset, but it still asks for the non-existent email address. At a loss on how to proceed and wipe it to full factory reset so I can set it up again. TIA.

Unknown Apple ID password on new iPhone 16 Pro Hi I have just purchased a brand new iPhone 16 pro from apple opened the box turned the phone on to start the transfer and it asked for password for another name for Apple ID I do not know the name any ideas why this has happened on a new phone just out of the box thanks Jon [Re-Titled by Moderator]
