Unknown Apple ID password on new iPhone 16 Pro

Hi I have just purchased a brand new iPhone 16 pro from apple opened the box turned the phone on to start the transfer and it asked for password for another name for Apple ID I do not know the name any ideas why this has happened on a new phone just out of the box thanks Jon
