iPhone 14 not ringing intermittently

My iPhone 14 not ringing randomly. Phone is running with latest ios 17.1.1 . Noticed this after ios 17 update. Tried all the below options but did not help.

1. phone is not in silent mode, no focus set, volume ok and even checked all steps suggested by the apple support.
2. Updated the iPhone with iTunes, factory reset of iphone.
3. Apple service Center confirmed that there is no issue with the hardware and even reinstalled the software from their end. It is very difficult to reproduce the issue in front of service people.

This issue is completely random and can get resolved automatically. Sometimes clearing all notifications helps to resolve this. Restart always helps.
