Check your Apple ID device list to find where you're signed in - Apple Support
From the list, you can remotely sign out from any of those devices. Restart the Apple TV app or web browser as well, for the streaming service limit to update properly. You may sign in later again if needed.
If you are part of a Family Sharing group, then the device total goes for the whole group. If another group member ‘uses’ e.g. two devices, then there is one less available for the rest of the group.
For Apple TV+, the device limit is 6. For other streaming services, the limit may be different, possibly less.
