iphone 13 mini air drop not working

Everything worked fine, till one week ago, i tried sending photos to my girlfriend (same iPhone) and couldn’t do it. I tried turning it off and on, nothing happens. It’s searching, and finds contact, but when i tap it to send, it is thinking and thinking and at the end it shows that he can’t send it.

iPhone 14 pro airdrop not working My father has an iPhone 14 pro. I am able to airdrop him photos from my 2020 SE. But he cannot send me air drop or mail attachment drop. I have tried every setting- contact only, everyone and everyone for 10 minutes. Nothing works at all. I also updated to IOS 16.6.1. Tried all the above again without a different result. I saw a similar thread from Oct ‘22 and wanted to know if the issue was ever fixed. My understanding is my dad’s phone is under a year old and is still under warranty. Airdrop stuck at waiting i have an iphone 14 pro max and i wanted to receive a large amount of pictures from my sister who has an iphone 11 pro max. The first time it said preparing then not enough storage so i reduced the amount and tried again a lot of times because it kept saying waiting and then just exiting the airdrop tab on its own. Some other times it would just be stuck at waiting. I tried doing the namedrop feature and the animation showed up just fine but nothing showed up on both screens (we have each other’s contacts but it should still show a notif with each other’s contacts). I also didn’t receive any notif to decline or accept the airdrop.

Please fix AirDrop it’s not working Because every try too translate photos to my iPad it keeps saying, failed and declined so please fix it

Did you check the following

Update your iPhones to the latest IOS

Check to have set AirDrop to contacts/anyone appropriately

Check Wi-Fi and Bluetooth

Move your devices closer together

Turn off Focus Mode

Turn off your Personal Hotspot

Hard Reset your device

Force restart iPhone – Apple Support
