Garmin smartwatch notification options

I recently (yesterday), hesitantly, changed from using an Android phone to iPhone 14. One of the most annoying things I've discovered is how little (minimal) support there is for non-Apple apps and accessories. For instance, using my Garmin Forerunner 935 watch I had much more flexibility and built in responses for when I was jogging or riding my bike. Can't do that anymore when connected with iPhone. I did some digging and found the attached information on Garmin website (there is plenty of frustrated people on there looking for answers). This is just one example. I'm sure I'll find more as time goes on.

I just wanted to post this out there for people that are considering an iPhone but like to use accessories other than Apple. I hope that this helps someone, and that Apple makes some changes.
