How to prevent mistakenly locked iPhone due to holding with fingers on screen as entering passcode?

My iPhone has been locked twice during train ride when I was using train App.

I was holding iPhone in my palm with fingers touching screen. Could train movement while I was standing cause iPhone to think I was trying to enter passcode?

i need help with preventing future recurrence because without accessing train App, I lost its direction information. I had to wait for the 15 minutes before iPhone unlocked.

my workaround is to disable Assessibility-Touch-Tap_to_Wake which is not ideal but my problem stopped.

Assessibility-Touch-Touch_Accomodations_Hold_Duration unfortunately cannot be less than 0.10 seconds which is too slow for operation other than Tap_to_Wake.

if only Tap_to_Wake has a dedicated Hold Duration, that may be my solution.

Keep the iPhone screen locked when not in use.
