No directions to rename voice memo work.

No directions, anywhere, to rename voice memos work. Worse, the direction to pull the file to the left results in the file I want to rename being deleted, apparently permanently. This is the opposite of customer service. This is screw the customer for asking. From other posts it appears that all directions given, anywhere, by apple assume that location services were on for the app when the recording was made. If I simply cannot rename a file made with location services off, please say so, so I, and many thousands of others, will not waste our time attempting to find a solution that does not exist.

BTW, any way to recover the very important recording the published instructions caused to be deleted?
