Voice Memos on all my devices renamed by themselves

I rename all my voice memos right after recording but I realized today that all my voice memos have automatically remained themselves across all my iCloud devices to some weird time and date zone kinda name. I haven't tempered or try changing anything that can cause this to happen. I also realized that all voice memos I edited initially are back to its original unedited state.

I don't know if there's a way to fix this without me having to rename and re-edit all these files cos it's really gonna be a lot of work and stress
