Ios 15.8 messenger
If I sent messege from ios 15.8 messenger to any android messenger,how i know that person is online while his/her active status is off .

If you mean Facebook messenger, you would have to check the Facebook documentation, but there is probably no way to know the difference between inactive and not online, because if they are online the message will be delivered whether they are using their device currently or not. If you mean SMS/MMS from your iPhone if you don’t get a “message failed” notification the message was delivered to their phone. You won’t know if they saw it or not, however.
