Shazam is not saving songs

Since not too long ago shazam stopped saving songs. I shazam on different devices when login in the browser I dont see the songs added. Also songs are not synced between devices, probably because its not being added to my library. Is there anything I can do to solve this problem?

Shazam stuck on the same song I have Shazam in my quick access pull down menu and used it once on a song I knew already which proved it works, but now when I use it that same song plays every time. Shazam not saving songs on iPhone so i’ve got about 600 songs on shazam but it should be way more, i use shazam every other day but they don’t save in the app and i have to screenshot the song if i wanna come back to it, is there any way i can fix this? [Re-Titled By Moderator]
