My Apple Watch charger is not working

My apple watch is not charging as the charger is not working. The charger is in good condition and wanted to check if Apple has policy of free replacement if the condition of charger is good but not working.

The charging cord and magnetic puck are covered by the same warranty as the Apple Watch.
