In notes, how do you center text without a cell? For example, if I write a bunch and then I want to center text, can I do that (without the task of creating a cell) in the same way I can left or right justify the text. The “center” feature seems basic and use to be there - not sure when it disappeared. Am I missing something?

It is still there. It just looks a bit different. Now you will just use the button highlighted in the yellow square. Then you’ll just press the button until it the text moves to the center.

Hi there and thank you. I did, of course see that before, that is the right justify and yes, of course you can keep pressing it to indent the line, but that is not the same as the Center which perfectly centers things.. I was looking for the “center”.
It baffles me why Apple doesn’t offer the most basic features sometimes. Thank you for your response. I will submit my feedback though a lot of good it will do….
Not sure why that’s relevant and I can’t verify that - I didn’t go there because I wasn’t comparing, but somehow these things always end with someone being defensive of Apple… everytime. I definitely would not be defensive of Apple… I have no knowledge of what Samsung is doing nor do I care, but I bet being able to center text is definitely something it can do but again, I don’t know why you are going there
Samsung doesn’t offer basic stuff either, it’s not just Apple. But I hope they add it, too.
