How to select all text in Notes app

iOS 26.2 latest version

app: NOTES

function: “Select All”

this is not appearing in the pop up

also, if one tries to use the cursor to move across all text; it gets stuck- doesn’t work.

Q: how can I select or select entire text ( to copy) ??

plse confirm if this is an oversight in design of the app
