A. Swipe with Three Fingers:
Swipe left or right with three fingers on the track pad
B. Getting to Finder:

Troubleshooting a White iPhone Screen:
A. Try Swiping Down:
Try Swiping-Down from the top-right corner of your screen. See if that rids of a window. If not, I'd say the iPhone is stuck in a boot loop(because it was updating), or is simply frozen.
No Succes?...
