Icloud backup mixed

I had to use my dad’s phone and I logged in my Apple ID. I guess the photos were saved into my Icloud Backup photos instead of his.

i’m scared that if i turn it off his memories and pictures will disappear. please help cause i cant understand the said questions and guides here. I’m not sure either if he has those pictures still saved in his own device.

please help ! ;(
