Mac restarts

Hello! Consistently once a day, the Mac restarts and gives an error. It happens like this: the laptop freezes for a couple of seconds, then the screen flashes purple and the computer restarts. I tried to run it in safe mode and do system diagnostics. No errors were found. Who can tell you what to do?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 14.1

"Low disk space - This computer is running critically low on free hard drive space"

Generally speaking any hard drive over 85% capacity is too full. Offload any archival photos, music, movies to other hard drives and flash drives. Keep a minimum of 2 separate distinct copies of your data at all times. One drive only has 14.91 free of 245, that's well under that minimum. 14.91 out of 100 is closer to 85% full. Yours is twice as full.

Backups to iCloud and Time Machine create temporary files at the root of the hard drive while in progress and can fill up the hard drive quickly. For iCloud, any folders that are managed in ICloud may fill up the hard drive with a lot of temporary data quickly because of the asynchronous nature of the internet, being 10-100 times faster bringing data off the internet as putting it back on.

VPN software is good if you are connecting to a school or corporate network, but can make a mess of internet connectivity and slow you down otherwise. ProtonVPN was listed and so was VPN Beaver. Using multiple vpns at once can create a conflict because they mask the true IPs of your computer. Use just one VPN at a time.

Teamviewer allows you to access other people's machines, and other people to access your computer.

Bittorrent is a an app frequently used to download illicit software, and gives other people access to your computer even when you aren't aware. Unless you know exactly what you are doing with it, remove it.

CryptoPro Extension - if you are mining crypto that can actually eat up a lot of space on your system. I would be very mindful of how much space you allocate it.

Telegram and Whatapp are insecure chat clients. Skype, Facetime, and Microsoft Teams are much more secure.

If there any applications you aren't familiar with in your Applications folder, drag the said application over Reggie Answorth AppDelete to remove it, while booted in Safe Mode. This will clean up a lot of hidden applications.

I might also add, Parallels creates a separate large file of a virtual disk to allow you to run Windows. Depending on the size of that disk, which can be dynamically designed to grow as needed, you may be creating issues with that or Virtualbox, which I also saw on there. There are enough different resources on your machine, you'd do a lot better booting off an external powered hard drive, or getting a Mac with more built-in storage if you want to keep such an environment active.
