How to unlock unavailable iphone 13 pro max

I enter the incorrect password more than once and my iPhone 13 Pro Max is locked. I see iPhone unavailable on the screen. How do I unlock the phone. I don't have updated itunes but I have a mac book

If your device has iOS 15.2 or later installed, you can reset it without a computer; check out this link→How to reset your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch when you forgot your passcode - Apple Support. Otherwise you will need a computer; a recent MacBook is fine:

After restoring the phone using one of the methods above you can restore your most recent backup.
