I'm not receiving multi-factor authentication Messages from Multiple Vendors
About 2 months ago, I noticed that I was no longer receiving MFA texts from my bank, insurance company, or other vendors using MFA/2FA. The messages aren't received in Messages on my iPhone or on my MacBook Pro.
It seems to have started when I upgraded my iPhone to iOS 17 and the MBP to MacOS 14. Someone in another Community Post suggested that it could be an issue with receiving Short Code Text Messaging. I've checked with AT&T and they recommended enabling Send as SMS and Group Messaging in the Messages Settings. I've done this in addition to restarting my iPhone and the issue remains. At first I thought it was an issue with the specific companies, but since I'm unable to receive messages from different companies, I'm thinking that it's a device/software issue.
Has anyone else experienced this and found a resolution to the problem?
