Apple...I want you to understand CLEARLY. MANY of us choose apple because what takes 2-5 steps on android, takes (or used to) 1 on Apple. If you want to keep customers, you had better pay attention to the user friendly portion of your service. We know you can do it, stop being lazy and overly complicated.

Poor design changes. Makes me as a user want to consider a different product moving forward.

Click on the + sign, select stickers, and scroll to the right… GIF will be there

The hosts don’t read to find messages like the one that was deleted. Typically other users report the offending post for review. A mod the looks at it and either edits or removes it if the mod finds it violates TOU.

So I have this same issue. When I go to messages then click on the “+” and scroll down to more, my gif (tenor) icon is no longer there. Yes I have scrolled all the way to the bottom after I clicked on more. I have ones I have created and saved in there plus liked ones. I do not like the #images one. Has anyone figured out how to bring it back? I don’t want to use it as a keyboard and give it full access to my phone.

Not to mention that the update wiped out 100+ contacts from my list, did same to in-laws too. Please fix

This is correct what you’ve said, however, I can’t make it hold in messages! You have to do it each time you’d like to use images! As if I need eBay there n others opposed to Images which were so easy on point n there when you wanted them! 17.1 upgrade with other options has been a nightmare for me! I couldn’t even print. I had to upgrade for my devices, which of course cost me money! I would’ve just liked the choice but of course as we’re trained, it’s best to have your iPhone on ‘Automatic’ upgrades! Thanks everyone, we’re all going through it! 😊

BTW, did you know that Google had a huge Class Action suit filed against them for only allowing Android users to use Google Store Apps, which didn’t allow for downloading other browsers? The Android Users won that case to the tune of something like $8M.

it seems to me that Apple is doing the same thing, more or less, with pushing this ‘Tenor’ App, & ignoring the other downloaded GIF Apps. But I guess their “fix” was the drop down menu, click’More’ & your other download GIF Apps will be listed. I don’t like the tactic they’re using here, which is very similar to the Android/Google App Store debacle. They’re basically dictating which product we can use for a certain function.

They are not gone. Tap the "+" next to the text entry box and they will appear. I think, by default, "Audio" is the fifth one down. But, you can rearrange them.

You can google it if you want but it's still not possible.

As it should have been. Yes, the Host make sure that we all stick to the rules which includes not being nasty. But the Hosts to not read for suggestions or feedback and they are not software engineers or developers.

Apple does not engage people here about complaints or policy decisions and they are quite clear about that.

I’m sure android phones are ABSOLUTELY PERFECT, and you will never find anything about an Android phone that doesn’t work exactly as you expect and demand it to.

Which doesn’t explain why many of my associates who switched to Android switched back as soon as their contract was up.
