When logging in to my Google account, I see my Macbook Pro 2021 as Intel Mac OS X 10_15_7. In the "About this Mac" tab, it's correct. I see the same question here, but there's no answer.
Earlier, I had a Macbook with Intel, but I don't know if that's the reason. It's weird.

Google may also be using JavaScript on their site to parse the browsers User Agent Header. Here is the one from an M2 Mac Mini Pro, macOS 14.1.1, and Safari 17.1:
User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_15_7) AppleWebKit/605.1.15 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/17.1 Safari/605.1.15
The above user agent string has been deprecated and vendors have largely frozen it as Apple has with the above. The evolving User Agent Client Hints will eventually replace the above agent string. In the meantime, I believe Google is using the UA string component to falsely represent your current operating system version on their site.
