i deleted some photos and i accidentally deleted them permanently i meant to press the recover button and bring them back, but i wasn’t really paying attention to my phone.

Unfortunately, the photos are gone unless you backed them up previously to another separate device or service.
Is that a possibility?
For example, you backed up your phone last week to iCloud or a computer....before....the photos were permanently deleted....and....you have not backed up again since that time.
In that case, you could restore the backup to your phone and your phone would look just like it did at the time that you backed up.
